easybooking.guru provides information about hospitality technology, PMS setup, OTA integration, automation and local support. Website content is intended to explain our services and help prospective customers make an initial assessment; it does not automatically form a statement of work or service contract.
2. Beds24 and third-party services
easybooking.guru is a Beds24 Preferred Partner and Beds24 Reseller and provides setup/support for customers using Beds24 through us. Beds24 itself is a third-party platform, and use of Beds24 products, features or accounts may be subject to Beds24's own terms and policies.
Airbnb and Booking.com are independent platforms. easybooking.guru's expertise in these platforms does not mean easybooking.guru owns or is an official partner of either platform unless such a status is expressly stated and supported.
3. Setup and support
The details of setup, migration, OTA integration, automation, training, handover and ongoing support vary according to property structure, room types, channels, existing systems and customer requirements. The definitive scope should be taken from the proposal or service agreement for the relevant engagement.
The phrase “Local Support” on the website does not itself promise 24/7 support or any service-level agreement unless separately agreed.
4. Pricing and the calculator
The website pricing calculator provides a monthly estimate from the user's selected configuration. The current formula consists of a ฿775 monthly base fee, ฿130 per additional room per month, and OTA connection fees calculated as Number of Room Types × Number of OTAs × ฿30.
5. Platform changes
Beds24, Airbnb, Booking.com and other third-party providers may change their features, APIs, policies, pricing, connectivity or conditions. Information concerning third-party platforms therefore cannot be guaranteed to remain unchanged indefinitely.
6. Business results
System setup and consulting are intended to support operations and technology use, but easybooking.guru does not guarantee booking volume, revenue, occupancy, ranking or other business outcomes. Results depend on many factors beyond the system itself.
7. Use of the website
Users must not attempt to interfere with the security, operation or access controls of the website and must not use the site or its tools for unlawful or harmful purposes.
8. Content and intellectual property
Content created for easybooking.guru, including text, layout and website components, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
